Description

Come along and have breakfast with us on Saturday 5th March, and learn all about practical strategies for using the iPad in Teaching and Learning.

All phases, all levels of experience and anyone with an iPad welcome.

The iPad has the potential to completely transform the delivery of teaching and learning. Its reliability, accessibility features, ease of use and intuitive nature makes it one of the stand-out IT developments of recent years. This session with Nina Jackson promises to show the best ways to integrate an iPad into your current teaching.

Using the iPad to Communicate, Collaborate and be Creative within your teaching will be a focus of the session with many wonderful apps, strategies and activities to get you so excited about using in your classrooms and places of work.

Please make sure your device is fully charged for the session and be ready for a wonderful session of play, practice and pedagogy.

The session will be delivered by Nina Jackson. Education is a world of very special people but you will meet few as special as Nina Jackson. With a background in special needs education and many years’ experience in schools focusing on music, the Arts and teaching and learning in all its guises, Nina has a breath-taking grasp of what makes classrooms, children - and their teachers - tick.Nina has worked with ATL to deliver quality CPD to our members over a number of years, and her feedback has always been fantastic.
